5.1. Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom work created specifically for them, including website designs, logos, and custom graphics.

6. Revisions and Changes

6.1. Standard projects include a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in the project scope.

6.2. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed specifications may incur additional charges.

7. Hosting and Maintenance

7.1. First year of hosting is included with website projects as specified.

10.2. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

10.3. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed.

11.1. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation.

11.2. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Singapore.
